Marcie Miller, LMT
Marcie D. Miller has been honing her unique massage technique since 2001. She chose this profession because of her desire to enhance the quality of her life, improve her health, and educate others to do the same.
Since graduating from the Baltimore School of Massage, she has worked in massage offices and spas in Maryland and Colorado and has provided massage for holiday, bridal, and office parties, as well as events from sports to scrapbooking.
Marcie is trained in Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue and Swedish massage, Reiki, Hot Stone Therapy, and Raindrop Therapy. She also incorporates stretching, breathing, and body-mind awareness techniques combined with intuition and creativity to give each client a high quality and uniquely personalized massage experience. In Spring 2009 Marcie became certified in Mother Massage® Pre and Postnatal Bodywork.
She plans to expand her knowledge by attending a Manual Lymphatic Drainage course in February 2011.
Marcie believes that proactive self-care and preventative maintenance are the keys to slow the inevitable deterioration of our aging physical vessels. When not massaging clients, she can be found strength training and stretching, reading, hiking, cycling and dancing
