Needles are inserted on a meridian point along the arm.
The needles are hair-thin and made from the finest quality of stainless steel. They are sterile and disposable. It does not hurt when the needle is inserted. Yet, as a sign of obtaining Qi, some people may have a sensation to some degree of soreness, numbness, distention or heaviness around the needles or along the meridians. This is a sign of a positive effect.
